“The series of professional development sessions with Melody Lowe from TT Education (working on developing my role as subject leader) have been extremely valuable.
They have enabled me to be more confident (particularly when working with colleagues in key stage 1 as I am a key stage 2 specialist) and more focused in my role.
I have been able to prioritise tasks; give more specific feedback and set realistic targets for myself and others.”
Alison Hayward, Maths Subject Leader
