I have worked in education for 29 years, both in the UK and internationally. I have been a Headteacher for 20 years and am experienced in setting up new schools and turning schools around. I have also worked as a School Improvement Partner, Church School Inspector and as a Local Leader in Education to support other schools.

Enabling colleagues to provide high quality education for children they are responsible for is what motivates me. I love working alongside school leaders to help them to make a difference to both the colleagues they work with and the children in their care.
