Throughout my teaching career I have always believed that education is the key to prosperity and social justice. Enthusing children from an early age with a love of learning is the best possible start for children in Primary school.
I am a former Headteacher with over 10 years’ experience and have worked with schools to support teaching & learning through school-based CPD and high quality training courses and conferences. I have taught in London, Essex and Suffolk.
As a MAST (Maths Specialist Teacher) and Head I have worked to promote new pedagogical approaches in maths throughout my own and neighbouring Schools. I have led on Computing, Assessment, Literacy and behaviour. More recently I have worked with the Norfolk & Suffolk Maths hub, NCETM, and Oxford University to promote Mathematical reasoning.
I enjoy running, watching football and theatre. I play the guitar at open mic nights and love walking and music on vinyl!
